Who I Am
I’m a passionate leadership and best business practices expert who relishes helping entrepreneurs, CEOs, executive teams, business owners, and aspiring leaders achieve remarkable, long-lasting results.
I served twenty-six years in the U.S. Army and spent an additional 14 years as a CEO and Business Unit President in a billion-dollar corporation. I led teams of up to 3,000 all-stars to tremendous organizational growth and success.
Today, I share my leadership and business expertise by developing and mentoring CEOs, business owners, and their executive teams on leadership, management, and team-building principles to achieve and sustain their business growth and profitability goals.
When working with businesses, I focus on leader development, management best practices, organizational design and climate, team cohesion, strategic thinking, execution planning, fiscal discipline, and financial reporting. I help leaders find the best way to build, inspire and ignite their teams for success.
